In 1928, Professor Dr. Toshiyuki Hara A.C. from Japan introduced Electric Potential Therapy. The Japanese Ministry of Health has recognized EPT as a medical device since 1968.
EPT surrounds the human body with an electric field similar to the body's natural electric field. The human body is made up of cells with cell membranes acting like capacitors.
