WT81M Wireless Monitor General Introduction
The WT81M smart wireless monitor is a device equipped with an LCD display that integrates vibration, magnetometer, temperature, and audio acquisition functionalities. It is powered by a battery by default but also supports an external power input. The terminal can connect up to two external sensors, each supporting three-axis acceleration, magnetometer, and temperature.
All axial accelerometers and magnetometers achieve high-speed synchronous sampling for a total of 8 axes, allowing for correlation monitoring and multi-source analysis. The wireless terminal can also connect with PT100 temperature, sound sensors, dynamic pressure, high-temperature vibration sensors (up to 500°), impact sensors, and speed sensors. Embedded with intelligent diagnostic algorithms, it predicts equipment failures for industries such as petrochemicals, power plants, and steel mills.
