🔵 Extruding: The screw extrudes plasticized particles through the mold end to form the tube embryo, supported by sterile air at 170~220 degrees.
🔵 Blowing: The mold moves to the blowing station protected by an A-class air shower. The container is formed via vacuum or sterile compressed air.
🔵 Filling: Liquid is filled via a time-pressure valve while sterile air is discharged. Pipelines support CIP and SIP for maximum safety.
🔵 Sealing & Outfeeding: After filling, the container is hermetically sealed, the mold opens, and the finished product is sent out for trimming.
